CADET
Danny Fiske having won all 3 heats turned on the style in the final to take a comfortable victory ahead of Peter Hargreaves with Matt Skilton 3rd, Jordon Kendal 4th and Daniel Tuffs 5th. 1st restricted went to Elliot Hill just ahead of Ben Bettison (2nd restricted).
Jnr TKM
Chris Pengelly had little trouble in the TKM final opening up a lead and maintaining it through to the chequered flag for the win, James Blyth came in 2nd ahead of Dean Hill 3rd, 4th was Scott Clouting (1st restricted) and 5th was Ben Conner (2nd restricted).
Jnr TKM Intermediates
Joe Scorey and Chris Lock both drove like seasoned professionals until on the last lap they collided dropping Scorey from the lead down the field. Lock took the victory with Daniel Butcher (1st restricted) taking 2nd, 3rd went to Reece Broady (2nd restricted) with Scorey 4th. Clarke Randall took 1st in the JICA class and his sister Charlotte took 1st in the Jnr Yamaha.
Senior TKM
Sam Blogg took the win ahead of local boy Lloyd Scriven 2nd, Matthew Benfield came 3rd ahead of Gavin Petty 4th (1st restricted) and Andrew Aguda 5th (2nd restricted). Paul Steady won the 100 Nationals ahead of Carl Hunnibell in 2nd.
Rotax Max
A big grid of Rotaxes turned out for this meeting and it was Kevin Bishop who stole the show with an excellent drive to take the victory ahead of Mike Phipps 2nd, Dave Bluett 3rd, Winter Series champion Richard Lock 4th and Sam Tomlinson 5th. 1st restricted went to Nick Gill with Wayne Close 2nd restricted.
F6 (Honda RS360)
The F6 ran off the back of the Rotax and had a good race amongst themselves with Mark Lawrence taking the win, Mike Loomes came 2nd with brother Kevin Loomes 3rd.
125 Gearbox
Richard Weavers continued his good current form by taking the 125 open win ahead of Greg Tripp and Peter Fox while Ian Melton took the National win ahead of Jonathon Weavers
250 Gearbox
A Good grid of 250 Nationals had entered from Kimbolton because of the foot and mouth crisis and between them had a very good days racing with W. Harris taking the win ahead of Adrian Reed, 3rd went to A Williams, and 4th to S. Hagen. Darren Patterson took the win in the 250 internationals
