After runnung away with all 3 heats the wise money was on Garry Findlay but Danny Fiske had other ideas, the two swapped the lead on several of the 14 laps but it was Fiske who led them past the chequered flag to take a hard earned victory. Brett Parris came in 3rd, Daniel Tuffs 4th, Elliot Hill 5th (1st restricted) and Peter Hargreaves rounded out the top 6. Rupert Svendson-cook having had some great racing more than holding his own in the heats took the Honda Cadet class win..

JNR TKM & JNR INTERMEDIATE

Chris Pengelly was again the man to beat and soon opened up a comfortable margin over James Blyth, Blyth however wasn't giving up easily but although closing the gap slightly couldn't quite maintain his momentum and had to settle for 2nd place, 3rd place saw the first of the intermediates which was Chris Lock who despite having a big gap to close having started quarter of a lap behind the JNR TKMs managed not only to catch but overtake most of them, 4th Shaun Lehan, 5th P Moden (1st restricted Jnr) and 6th Reece Broady (2nd Inter & 1st restricted Inter). Charlotte Randall came home 1st in the Junior Yamaha.

SENIOR TKM &
100 NATIONAL

James Clutten made the best start in the 100 Nationals although found it hard to break away from Carl Hunibell, Clutten did manage to get a comfortable lead toward the end of the race to take the win, Hunnibel came in 2nd with Gavin Petty 3rd (1st TKM).

ROTAX MAX &
FORMULA 6

This was yet another breathtaking display by the Rotax drivers as Richard Lock led them away from the lights with Sam Tomlinson jumping past Kevin Bishop into 2nd, these 3 plus Adam Baker opening a comfortable gap back to 5th. On the penultimate lap Tomlinson found the gap he'd been looking for to pass Lock and take the lead, a lead he didn't give up and took the chequered flag.  Also on the penultimate lap Baker found his way past Bishop for 3rd, Bishop came home 4th, 5th Samual Murn (1st restricted) ahead of 6th Paul Steady.
The Formula 6 karts had a good race as well with Kevin Loomes taking the win ahead of Mick Loomes with Mark Lawrence finishing 3rd.

GEARBOX

Richard Weavers (125 Open) got a flier to lead the 125's away but unfortunately spun on lap seven leaving himself well down the field, Ian Melton (125 National) took full advantage of this to take a very comfortable win ahead of Jonathon Weavers (2nd 125 National), 3rd Peter Fox (1st 125 Open), 4th Richard Weavers, 5th Howard Bennett 1st restricted (125 Open) and 6th Simon Patterson (250 international).
